Miracle of miracles a friend lend me Sakura Taisen 1 (and columns >D) and I've managed to suck hours of my life away to the game. Though I keep getting this bad habit of choosing the wrong answers with Sakura and the right answers with Kouran. ^_^;;; To be honest... I want to end up with Maria Tachibana. (Who is #2 on the rank list yay!)
It took me 3 tries to get the 2nd battle right. Since the first battle you don't use the specials as much I had no idea what their range or abilities were and etc. I have an admiration for whoever made Sakura Taisen because they took thought into character design and mech design.
Errr.... yeah so this blog will be full of random Sakura Taisen comments like...
When you save Maria from an attack in battle you get a brownie point? (Okay I call them brownie points... the game makes a cute chime sound when you do the right thing with the characters... I guess you could say you scored with them >.>) Its amusing she ".... ...... ....." 's and then you hear this chime sound. You'd think .... means "not good" but with her its like "...." I have no words, thank you.
Man... I don't know if its the way I played it but Sakura just ...'s at me sometimes. ;_; And on top of that... I keep doing really well with Kouran... maybe its because she appeared in the chapter I just completed...
There's also this part where your cursor turns into a little round face with eyes or a hand. You click on certain areas and they talk to you or you say/think something and depending how low the eyes go... they blush. Such a fanservice game without the panty shots. ^_^;;;
Dear lord... the day I get a GBA and games is the day you'll never see me blog more than once a day. ^_^;;; I fear myself.
Up for tomorrow... Chapter 3! Maria Tachibana's backstory! Mother Russia! Lots of snow!
